Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Jon van den Valentyn is a licensed doctor of chiropractic with physical therapy privileges in the state of Maryland.
In 1992, Dr. van den Valentyn graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, the largest and oldest college with this specialty in the world. He was also a clinical research resident. His post-graduate training focused on rehabilitation, spinal biomechanics, care in pediatrics, sports injury rehabilitation, care during pregnancy, advanced radiology in spinal disorders and nutrition.
Dr. van den Valentyn continues to keep up with the new developments in his field in order to provide his patients with the very best care. He specializes in the treatment of pregnancy related spinal disorders, pediatric chiropractic care and chronic pain disorders.
Dr. van den Valentyn has been married for 25 years and has four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling and is an avid golfer.
